As the factory of the world, the laser rangefinder industry has good
prospects and potential. Since the 21st century, China's laser market has shown
a steady and rapid growth trend. Although the industry is developing rapidly, we
should realize that China's laser industry started late, the foundation is weak,
and the gap with major countries in the world is still large. For example, laser
processing systems in China are quite different from those made in advanced
countries. It accounts for only about 2% of global sales. Mainly reflected in:
the high-end laser processing systems are few and uneven; the lasers of the main
components of the laser rangefinder are not turned off; the laser
micro-processing equipment has a large gap.
The main problems are still many:
Fewer core technologies: Many key basic technologies have not been resolved, and some technologies have even regressed. At present, most of the core technologies of domestic laser rangefinders are imported, and the competitiveness of the products is insufficient.
Unsatisfactory product development integration: China is still a world leader in academic research on laser rangefinders, but the industry is very backward, intellectual property and patent results are not well protected, and many advanced laser technologies have not been translated into industry application. In addition, academic openness is not enough, and innovation is inefficient due to fear of technological loss.
Weak innovation capability and poor support capability: The system support capability is not high, and the innovation capability is insufficient, most of which are traditional structural types. At present, most industries are comprehensive industries of opto-mechanical and electronic computing. The combination of domestic lasers and other industries is very poor, and the degree of intelligence and automation is low, which increases the difficulty for users.
From the perspective of technical management, there is a lack of a good evaluation system: there is a lack of national standards, and the evaluation system is "equivalent" improperly converted and not flashy. The existing evaluation system is a self-circulation, resulting in insufficient quality supervision of laser products, which is not conducive to the development of the laser industry.
